On Friday 26th April we said a fond farewell to our outgoing CEO, Nikki Ross. Nikki joined us in 2019 after a long and established career at Thames Valley Police. During her time at the charity, she saw many changes (not least of which the challenges of the Covid pandemic which tested our resilience, flexibility and called for a new approach to supporting our clients). On the flip side however, were many causes for celebration – such as Thames Valley Partnership’s 30th Birthday and the charity’s long awaited rebrand to Hope After Harm (which was launched last December).
Not surprisingly she is now ready for a much needed break away from criminal justice and leaves us to head off for new adventures and exciting travels. We wish you all the very best Nikki and good luck with your interrailing around Europe!
