Thalia Jervis, has joined Hope After Harm as the new Chief Executive Officer, taking over the reins from the charity’s previous CEO Nikki Ross who has retired after a long and established career within Thames Valley Police and then Hope After Harm.
Since 2019, there have been many significant events that Nikki supported the charity through, including the COVID-19 pandemic, Thames Valley Partnerships’ 30th Birthday party and the charity’s long awaited rebrand to Hope After Harm.
Hope After Harm is a national charity that provides innovative services and non-judgemental quality support to victims, offenders and families involved in or impacted by criminal, civil and family justice issues.
Through support, early intervention and reducing reoffending we keep communities safe and contribute towards reducing crime and the fear of crime. We always keep the people we support at the heart of our services and deliver what they want and need.
Officially joining the charity on Wednesday 1st May, Thalia Jervis is a highly experienced Business Leader and Chief Executive with consulting background and experience in both operational and programme environments. Thalia’s experience has seen her be involved in charity leadership; strategic transformation, programme management; and constructive collaboration in transport, public and not for profit sectors.
On joining Hope After Harm, Thalia said: “I am delighted to be joining the brilliant team at Hope After Harm.
